The Seaboard Fisheries Institute is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that promotes research, education, and outreach focusing on Atlantic sturgeon as well as other anadromous fishes of the Delaware River and Estuary. Recognizing that an important component of sturgeon restoration is advancing an understanding of the species through science-based research and education, the Institute endeavors to build a base of knowledge and a constituency for the Atlantic sturgeon as well as its associated habitats.
