The Seaboard Fisheries Institute is pleased to host The Seaboard Fisheries Institute 1st Symposium on Atlantic Sturgeon—A Regional Approach to Atlantic Sturgeon Recovery.  The Symposium will focus on Atlantic sturgeon populations and their recovery in the Delaware and other tributaries of the eastern United States. The 3-day symposium, which will be held in Newark, Delaware (February 23rd, 24th and 25th 2009), will draw together scientists, government agents, and other interested parties from the eastern seaboard of the U.S. fostering a regional perspective and approach.

We invite all those interested in Atlantic sturgeon protection and recovery to participate. Register now and submit your abstract for our in-depth poster session. Network, share your research, and contribute to thought provoking discussions. Abstracts are due January 9, 2009.
